In my Agency Expanded demo there was already a placeholder element for my form before installing the plugin. After I installed the plugin I expected the element to show the form but it was just greyed out. The Nav pain showed a dropdown which showed I was using the correct form though. So that led me to the form makers own guides which talked about inserting code in the text editor and stepping out of Cornerstone editing etc which would of caused all sorts of bother. So took a deep breath and went back to cornerstone editing of the Contact page and I simply deleted the form element that was already there and re-inserted a new form element. Voila, the form appeared in all its glory.

Now this may have seemed an obvious step for you seasoned webmasters but it didn’t immediately occur to me and others might have the same issue. Trying to resolve it by reading the guides and editing the page text by inserting codes could have completely screwed up my page if I got that wrong.

Just thought this might help someone. It would have saved me a lot of time if I had known.
