    Greetings, Themeco folks…

I seek your intuition on something. Here’s the scenario:

    1. Multi-site configuration
    2. X running on the main site and on a sub-site (subdirectory)

    On the subdirectory site:
    1. The X Addons page appears to have lost its CSS file — no pretty boxes, etc.
    2. The admin menu (left side) is missing 3 icons
    3. The Appearance/Themes page shows broken image icons for each theme (including the standard WP themes)
    4. When editing a post or page, or on creating a new post or page, the editor exhibits symptoms of an incomplete load or perhaps also missing CSS: missing buttons (including Cornerstone) and the post or page text is in a half-sized box on the left.

Clearly something got “hosed” as we say here in the U.S. 😀

The site looks fine on the front end, it’s the back end that’s “messed up.”

Here’s where the intuition comes in: do you feel this might be a theme-related issue, or something even further upstream, i.e., WP itself? Have you heard of anything like this occurring with other X installations? I’m inclined to think the latter, but since they’re both running X, I thought maybe, just maybe, X may have gotten clobbered somehow. Does any of this sound familiar to you?

Thanks ahead of time for your reply!

    Regards,
    Chris

    Hi there,

    Thanks for posting in.

Does it have the cache plugin? I think I may need to check it first. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Thanks!
