libtuckParticipantI’ve been running 2 licensed versions of x theme over the past year
liveworkanywhere.com
anypass.coI was updating liveworkanywhere staging and noticed that I am not able to delete any sections I’ve added, I can only adding them. I saw on the forums that I need to update x theme. So I went to update to the latest version and my account is showing I only have one license.
Not sure if I registered it under another name but I do have 2 licenses. Did one suddenly disappear? I’m guessing that’s the reason I can’t update the site? Thank you.

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in! Did you try to verify your second purchased code with the libtuck account? If so and did not succeed can you tell us what was the error? Yes it is possible that you registered a different instance of account here in the forum and you verify your purchased code on that other account. Please provide us the purchased code in private reply so our account manager can check it.
In the meantime I’d advice that you manually update your X and Cornerstone by following the guide provided here. As previous version of X|Theme on a latest WP (4.5.x) has an issue with automatic update.
Cheers!

JadeModeratorHi there,
Kindly provide us with the purchase codes if the two themes so that we could check it. Please don’t forget to set your response as private.
As for the sections not deleting, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

ChristianModeratorI see. In that case, you will need to contact Envato and get the purchase code. It is most probably that you bought with another one of your accounts. You only have one license here.
Thanks.

tuckejParticipantAfter deactivating and re-uploading the theme manually (vs. ftp) and updating all plugins (vs. going through to check each one) it now works.
