GO BACK###
What I have attempted so far:
– Everything is up to date with the latest wordpress version, x theme version, cornerstone version, etc
– Attempted to assign urls via Theme.Co account admin area versus activating directly from the theme and still not working
– Added all 15 licensese to this single account so I can re-assign urls for the next class (asking students to buy the X Theme themselves if they choose to continue building with it at the end of the semester)###
Backstory:
Hi there, I’m teaching a college class about Internet Businesses and wanted all the students to be on the same theme for ease of support and scalability for me as a teacher.
We purchased 15 X Theme licenses.
We are also using WordPress Multisite with subdomains.
Some students are using subdomains of our Multisite installation while others are using their custom domain mapped to our Multisite as the ‘host’.
Each student has their distinct login for their distinct wordpress subdomain or site.
They can activate any theme they want, although I am teaching them about themes and content creation on the X Theme.
Love the theme and need to be able to use it yesterday. 😉
Each student is supposed to purchase their own license at the end of the semester so the college can keep these licenses for the next class and list of domain names or subdomains.
Please help me use the X Theme at scale! 🙂

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in.
Looks like your servers are not able to reach our server which could be due to firewall or not properly installed PHP cURL.
Please check these other threads.

willescenterParticipantOk, our developer is checking on that…
However, we have 1 domain name that has an active X theme install on it via another account. That license was validated roughly 8 months ago. It’s an independent domain mapped to the current wordpress multisite install.
I’ll post back here when our developer gets back to me on the cURL suggestion.
Thank you!
