    Hi,

    How do i add another column or indeed split the page up better so I can add adverting to the left hand menu? (There is too much stuff in the right column and the owner wants to use left and right side for widgets/ad’s.
    This is for the entire site not just a post?

    Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do (a link to a similar example site would be very helpful, or perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.

    So the page is currently set up with a right hand margin only. (Where the events and advertising is located on my site).http://verbier.cms2cms.com/

    I want a Left hand margin as well, as there is too much stuff in the right margin/column.

    So 1/4 left needs to be a column/margin

    1/2 is the middle is the main page (ie where the main text/subject will be.

    And the 1/4 right is the current right margin

    Actual size I can tweak one i get a margin/column on the left and right

    Attached is a screen shot hack of what I want

    Hi there,

    Thanks for making some clarification but right the current available option for X is to have a left or right sidebar but not both. What you are trying to do could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!
