Hi, I have tried the URL on multiple different purchases of PRO but no matter which one I use, when I go validate the site, I am getting the error message “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”. I can see some other people are having the same issue but deleting the URL from the key, saving and reassigning is not working.

Thanks for writing in!

​To validate the theme properly, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license (https://theme.co/apex/licenses). You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, https://theme.co/apex/licenses
2] Go back to Pro > Validation again, and insert the license code.

You can only use the license code to validate Pro theme when the license code is already assigned to the site URL. It will give you the error when you try to use the license code that is assigned to another domain url.

Thanks for updating the thread.

Actually our staffs are based in multiple counties and time zones having dynamic IP address. In that regards it’s difficult for us to share specific IP address. I suggest you to please disable IP filtering some sometime while we are inspecting the website and licence issue you are facing.

The url you are trying to validate the theme were not assigned to the license code. We have assigned it and now it is validated.
