XPro zip keeps failing

I just bought xPro but when I try to upload it as a plugin it fails. Does the Pro version require another workflow?

Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that Pro theme is a WordPress theme and not a plugin. You will have to upload it in Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload. Please see “Installing the theme” section from this article: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-theme-installation/54

I am trying to validate my license but it’s saying it’s already in use and I just bought it.

Hi there,

Please go to your licenses page here:

https://theme.co/apex/licenses

And make sure that the domain attached to the license is identical to the site that you are trying to validate.

If you are still getting an issue, please try to disable all plugins and try validating again.

In case the issue persists, please provide the admin credentials of your site in a Secure Note so that we can check.

Okay, I was able to figure it out. I originally put in the URL domain name on the xtheme license website. I removed that url from the productions box and hit enter so it was empty. I was then able to go into our wordpress and validate the xtheme license.
