X Theme v6.1.3 Section Separator Missing?

I may be missing something really obvious here, but as soon as I updated my x-theme to v6.1.3, the section top separator control has disappeared.
I had a separator applied previously and the control to change the color is still there, but I cannot change the shape or add any new separators.

Is this a bug with this version?
