X theme installation keeps failing

Hi, I’m trying to upload the zip file i just purchased. I’ve tried 5 times. It uploads to 100% then times out. I’ve disabled all plugins and the theme I currently have installed is Twenty Nineteen. My PHP version is 7.2

I was trying to avoid going through the back end of hosting. Can you offer any advice?

Please ensure that you’re using the installable file only.

If that doesn’t work, it might be because the web host’s file upload limit is low. You can try increasing the upload limit following by this third party guide: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/

If that does not work, you will need to contact your web host to increase the upload limit.
