X email forms extension not showing confirmation message after sign up

subscribers are still being added successfully, but the confirmation message i’ve set in the email forms extension, shown below:

is not displaying after the user subscribes… instead the subscribe button is just grayed out:

Thanks for writing in! It seems to be a bug on that extension. You can refer to the following thread for possible workaround (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/email-form-not-submitting/50892).

In the meantime you can also use alternative extensions like ConvertPlus (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/extension-convertplus/66).
