X Child Theme no .zip file integrated, please send me or store it online, thx

Hi support team, i just bought the x theme on your site, and downloaded the child x theme, but there is no zip file inside the folder to simply upload to my server. can you please fix this asap, thx

You can get a fresh copy of the child theme from here: https://theme.co/apex/child-themes
Just download the .zip file to your computer and upload it directly in Appearance > Themes.

i cannot work without that to save up my page! is this so hard to understand?

Hi Chris,

It should be a zip file that you get to download from the child link that you indicated.

You seem to be using a mac computer. Please note that when you download the child theme, it will be in a zip for just like what is shown in the second screenshot but when you click on it, it opens the unzipped folder but you should still have the zip file.

You will have to upload the actual x-child.zip file to the Wordpress themes section because you will not find any zip file inside the extracted folder.

HI @Jade, now that’s works, thanks! i do use a mac. i had to save it on another place than the download folder and on this way i got the .zip file.
i do have another question concerning your offered expanded demos like for example “band” demo.
on the https://theme.co/x/demos/ page is written: “All Standard and Expanded demos are included with each X purchase.” so where i can activate this “band demo”- template on my wordpress based x theme installation? i really like to use this template. i remember after installation of x-theme, i do have chosen “band” in the options, but i don’t see it now. can you please help me?

Yes, and you should be able to edit all the contents of the pages after you import the demo with your own contents.
