Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, that strange that your footer is not being output where it should. Would you mind updating the X and Cornerstone to the latest version (5.2.1 and 2.1.1 respectively).

Also double check your page for unclosed html tags, specially a <div> tag.

Thanks! I believe it is the latest version (it was JUST installed 3 days ago). And I don’t see any unclosed div tags :confused: Any other ideas? Might you be able to take a peek?

Hi Jessica,

I checked your page and it is only picking up the first section on the page.

Have you added some customization to the template files?

If so kindly try to remove the codes you have added to the template files and see if it fixes the issue.

If you haven’t added any custom codes, kindly try to test for a plugin conflict as well.

If the issue persists, kindly provide us with the admin details to your site in a Secure Note so that we can check it.

Sorry for the delay. Had to go away for work.

I did not add any Customization, and I tried deactivating all plugins and still not working. Will send the secure note with the login info now.

Hi @jdfesta,

I had to remove your secure note since it’s visible to the original poster as well. I’d suggest you to change the credentials immediately and create your own thread with the updated credentials in a secure note so we can take a look at your setup.

The secure notes are visible to the original poster too, since you didn’t start this thread so the original poster could see your secure note. You did the right thing with secure note but you have to be the owner of the thread so it’s only visible to you and our staff. Hi there,

I checked but before we go further, please update your X theme first. You have updated the cornerstone plugin to latest but left the theme outdated. Then test it again after the update.

Or if you don’t wish to update the theme, then please delete cornerstone and let your current X theme install the right cornerstone version.

Ah, okay. That seems to have worked. How do I make it do Automatic Updates? I thought I had set it up to do this. I also registered the API key.

Additonally, I’m seeing that there’s missing code from the theme, but I did not remove it. Any idea why I’m seeing this: https://prnt.sc/h0oq2b

Hi There,

Navigate the to Dashboard > Updates, there you’ll see if a plugins or themes has an update available. It is not really an automatic update because it requires human intervention.

If you’re sure that you did not edit/delete any files from the theme, then that error is coming from a plugin. I think this is the same as this one here as your site both have the Ultimate Social Media plugin. You can follow the solution provided there.
