Wordpress doesn't install Pro

Hi,

I changed the domain where I’ll be using Pro, so I deleted the theme on the initial domain and change it on my profile, assigning the license to the new domain.
I downloaded the latest version of Pro and uploaded it using the wp theme’s installer.
After uploading I received the message: “session expired, try again”.
Uploaded another theme to verify what might be happening and everything was normal.
Tried several times to install Pro again with no results, always getting the same message.
Please, may you advise on this?
Thanks.

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in!
we are not sure what exactly happening in your setup, this is something not happening for every one.
I would suggest you to please check this article which may help you to fix the issue.

Also please follow this steps.

  1. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.
  2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  4. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.
  5. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.
  6. Contact your host to increase your allocated memory or do it yourself by adding this code in your wp-config.php
    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
In case the issue persists, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:
    Set it as Secure Note
  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials
    All the best!

Hi,
thanks for your reply.
Nope, not working.
I’ll send credentials using a secure note.

Hi Rogerio,

I have manually uploaded Pro theme into your server through FTP. Now you should be able to activate by head over to Appearance -> Themes area.

Once you activate your Pro theme, you can then validate it by following our guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-product-validation/55).

Hope that helps.

Hi,

thanks.
Everything is working now, including the child theme.

Glad to hear that.
