I’m having errors on my Woocommerce.

Hi @smart_x,

You might have the latest version of woocommerce. Please note that the latest supported version is

WooCommerce: | Latest Supported Version: 3.5.1

Please roll back to that version using this plugin.

Hello @smart_x,

Pro 2.5.4 which you already have updated should resolve this issue.

For the page errors; please make sure that you have assign all the WooCommerce pages in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > General for the shop page and in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Advanced tab for the other pages.

Yes al Template errors are gone now. Only remaining the page errors.

I don’t understand what to change in my
WooCommerce > Settings > Products > General
And
WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Advanced tab (I don’t have a Advanced tab under Products?)

I also try to understand how it works with Woocommerce.
My link to my webshop is: https://domain.info/winkel/

Where and how is this set? When I look into different settings for Woocommerce:

Pro > Theme Options > Renew > Shop Options > Shop Title: Onlineshop
Pro > Theme Options > Woocommerce: Nothing there
Dashboard > Pages >: No page name with “winkel or onlineshop”?
Dashboard > Appearance >: Customizer > Woocommerce: Nothing there

WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop page: Webshop

Domain is: https://domain.info/winkel/

I don’t understand where de page “winkel” is coming from.

And the 2 errors are for My Account and Terms.

It’s the permalink of your shop page, please edit your shop page and change it like from here

And please provide your admin login credentials in the secure note, then I’ll check those errors. And I like to verify the shop permalink issue as well.

I’ve corrected the My account page for you:

To change the shop page permalink, please navigate to this page:

https://yourwebsite.nl/wp-admin/post.php?post=1507&action=edit&classic-editor__forget&classic-editor

Also navigate to the Customizer > WooCommerce to set the Terms & Conditions page:

https://yourwebsite.nl/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2Fadmin.php%3Fpage%3Dwc-status

Where/how did you corrected the My account error?

I found the Permalink on the Webshop page. Thank you for clarifying.

Hey @smart_x,

The my account issue was resolved by assign the My Account page in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Advanced > Page Set up as shown in the screenshot of @Paul.r’s reply.
