Validation on staging site

Hi,

I have created a staging copy of my site to test the updates and have also added the staging URL to My Licenses. On accessing my dashboard it still says that X is not validated, so I can’t test the updates.

Please can you tell me what I am doing wrong.

Hello Mark,

Thanks for asking.

In your licence manager page I can see that you have added staging URL. The next step would be to validate the website using purchase code under X > Validation.

In case you are not able to validate, just try and revoke validation from X > Validation > Revoke Validation and then re-validate again.
