Validation down´t work

Hey Support-Team,

i updates my licenses to “pro” and get a new key. Back to my Dashboard on Wordpress,

“Your license of X is not validated. Place your Envato purchase code or Themeco license to unlock automatic updates, access to support, and Extensions. Learn more about product validation or manage licenses directly in your Themeco account.”

under this text, is a little window. I copy the new license and press enter, after that i get i white window. (the homepage is not loading to 100%, the domain is than https://tawarmusic.com/wp-admin/admin.php?)

what can i do? I tried different browser…

Hi Gabriel,

Since you have updated your license to Pro, you will have to have Pro installed and activated on your site since you will not be able to validate an X site using a Pro license and Pro using an X license.

You may get the installable file for Pro here:

It is always recommended to have the child theme installed and active in case you will need to add some customization on your site. You can get a copy of the child theme here:

https://theme.co/apex/child-themes

Once you have Pro and Pro child installed on the site, activate Pro child then you can now validate the site using the license key from your licenses page here:

https://theme.co/apex/licenses
