Validating multiple subdomains

Hi,

I am building a website in 3 languages. Because the structure of the site will be quite different (different pages, page setup), I haven’t found a suitable language plugin and plan to use 3 different Wordpress installations in 3 subdirectories. My main site will be www.url.com, my english translation will be en.url.com and my german translation will be de.url.com

Apparently I can’t use the same license for all 3 wordpress installations, but it does not feel right to purchase 3 licenses for what essentially is 1 website. What is the best way to approach this?

Thanks, Paul

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that we follow a one install one license policy. In your case, you can always revoke and revalidate your installation every time you install a bundled plugin or do any theme and bundled plugin updates. And to validate the theme properly, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license (https://theme.co/apex/licenses). You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address

  • You can revoke the validation and re assign the license code to a different url.

2] Go back to Pro > Overview again, and insert the license code.

And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-product-validation/55

Hope this helps.
