Thanks for writing in.

Could your please do the following:

1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://theme.co/apex/kb/product-validation/

Hello There,

Sorry if it sounds troublesome. All you need to do is revoke licence from website and Themeco account and then reassign the licence on both the places starting with Themeco account license section. https://theme.co/apex/licenses

You can revoke licence on your website from X > Overview > Manage licence > Revoke licence. I am sharing few screenshots to help you.

We could see that permissions are correctly configured. We have also check on our custom firewalls and there are no blocks for the IP : 219.75.115.60.

Slider Revolution update unsuccessful. Please kindly see response from server administrator: -

We made a detailed investigation through the issue and could find that the plugin Slider Revolution is an theme inbuilt plugin. There is no server related error on the logs either. It seems the plugin needs to be activated in order to perform the update, as shown on the warning bar on wordpress dashboard >> slider revolution >> update.

We strongly recommend you to contact your theme vendor as he might be aware of the coding/settings used on the theme.

Please note that the latest supported version of revslider is Version: 5.4.1

Since it comes bundled with the theme you will need to wait for us to update revslider to the latest version before you can update.

That is just a notice and not a warning/error. You can disable the output of notices by ensuring that WP_DEBUG is defined as false in your wp-config.php

This could be an hosting problem again. Please confirm to your host that cURL is enabled permanently so that it will not be intercecpted again.
