Unable to validate the X licence

Hello,

I need some help to validate my X licence.

I just switched 2 licences from the APEX

Since, both of the websites are not validated on Wordpress admin.

How to deal with this ?

Hello,

We have 2 websites with 2 purchases code :

In the Apex, where we can manage the licence, I decided to switch these two websites from their initial purchase code, as you can see below :

Since this action (and maybe because my X theme is not up to date on one the 1st website), I can’t validate the licence on both websites.

How can I confirm the switch ?

Do you need an access ?

Hi Kosmoss,

Validation process will not be initiated correctly because you’re using an older version of X theme & Cornerstone. Please check the latest version numbers from here and update your X theme and Cornerstone plugin manually for once (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62) and the you should be able to validate your sites.
