Unable to upload theme " the link you followed has expired"

Sent this to my hosting provider -

"I’m unable to upload theme and according to theme support:

"contact your hosting support and request or ask on how to increase the following:

max_execution_time 180
memory_limit 512M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 64M"

Can you do this?
"

According to my hosting provider the necessary adjustments have been made but the same problem occurs and I can’t upload the theme. What should I do next?

Please make sure that you are downloading the installable zip file from Themeforest. You also have the option to download the file from Apex forum. Here is screencast that I have recorded to help you with installing X Theme.
