No matter how many times I tried, the background image doesn’t appear. Also goes with upload logo image. Doesn’t appear. please help.

This is an issue with the latest version of X Theme and Pro Theme. I have tested on my local dev setup wherein I have latest version of Pro Theme and X Theme 2.5.0 and 6.5.0 respectively and can confirm the problem.
It’s a confirmed bug and our developers are aware of the issue. I can’t comment on ETA for bug fix update release but you can keep an eye on our changelog page.
