Strange deal… Very minimal CSS, and no special coding yet, however I am unable to select areas above. I can select elements, but am unable to select Section/Rows/Column from WYSIWYG or the left panel.
Plugins/theme up to date. Please advise. Many thanks and credentials attached privately.

Thanks for writing in!
After further investigation, I found out that your section, rows and columns were disabled in the Cornerstone Settings. You can check this settings in X > Settings > Permissions > V2 Elements. The elements should be enabled and configured to allow edits for these elements.
