Trying to include a landing page (sign ups) form into my site

Hi,

I have created a very simple landing page / sign up form in the Active Trail marketing application.

Can anyone help me in explaining how I get this code embedded in such way that this landing page will appear on my own home page to give people the option to sign up to my site ? I want it to appear on page load, when it can either be filled in or dismissed.

Thanks for reaching out.

You can implement that as custom HTML content of a ConvertPlus modal popup. That way, it can appear on load as popup and user can close them. Please check this https://www.convertplug.com/plus/docs/embed-custom-form-in-convertplug/

Hi Rad,

do you happen to know if there is any direct integration support with Active Trail? I have seen there is dedicated integration with may other platforms but not this one. Please advise of you know of any direct integration support for this particular;ar platform.

These are the applications that are could be integrated with CovertPlus:

Active Trail seems to be not part of those applications for now.

Since you are using Active Trail which is a third party application, it would be best to get the steps from their end on how to implement their form on site. If we get those steps, we can provide you some suggestions on how to do it with X.

just before I get into more detailed query with the support at Active Train, I actually have a urk for the landing page (sign up option) I have created, does this inas any way help in that can a suitable bit of code be inserted to my own appropriate page within my X theme site that will allow this sign iup landing page to appear ?

Hello Lain,

Did you use any form shortcode or any embed code from the active trail to build the sign up form? If that is the case, you will have to use that embed code or shortcode so that you can display it in an X theme page. Meanwhile, have you check out this documentation?

This should allow you to integrate Active Trail and Contact Form 7 to create your own signup form and be able to insert it in the theme or your landing page.
