Hi, I’m having trouble transferring my licence across to my new site.

is there anyway it can be manually moved across?

Hi Rocky,

Please kindly go to your old website and access the WordPress Dashboard > X > Validation menu. Then click the Revoke Validation link:

After that, please follow the steps mentioned in this article to validate your new website.

Hello

Sorry, I can no longer access that WP site as I had deleted it when I moved it over to the new domain. Please see the details in the secured note.

Thank you for providing the login information. The problem was that you had an old version of the Cornerstone plugin. I updated the plugin and successfully validated the installation.
