"Translation ready" theme is anything but

I’ve recently bought the X theme most prominently because on your page (alternative link) you claimed it to be

“Translation ready”

and

“you can switch the language anytime!”

After buying the theme i discovered there is no such feature at all. I need another completely unrelated and EXPENSIVE plugin (WPML).

Now, before requesting a refund and perhaps doing something about this blatant case of bait & switch/false advertising, am i right or am i missing something?

X comes localization-ready out of the box. All that’s needed is a translation file for your language. It means that you will have the translate it in your own language because the translation files is already there.
