Toolset Custom Post Type Archive Blinking - then blank

Hi there!

I know that this is a third party plugin situation but i was wondering if anybody could help me. I’m using X Pro and Toolset to build my site. Everything is working fine except when I try to build a custom post type archive - it doesnt show on the front end. I contacted Toolset support and they checked out my site backend and said its something in the theme that is causing the site to not load the custom posts into their archive. They said to contact my theme support so here i am apparently this has something to do with one line of PHP somewhere

I checked the website wherein you are using toolset plugin. From the outset I don’t see issues with the setup and to take a closer look I need the login access of the website. Please share website login details in secure note.

As it’s also mentioned in the ticket that the issue involves 3rd party plugin and providing support for the same falls outside the scope of support we can offer. However, I would like to take a look at the setup and will do my level best to assist you in this matter.

In the meantime please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
2. Please check PHP version. WordPress required PHP 7.0 or greater to work properly. You can take a look at following resource. https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
3. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.
