Third party plugin license issue

Hi, i tried to used Estimation & Payment Forms plugin and it asked for a license to be entered. Where can i find the license?

Olark Integration asked for site Id, where do I get this from?

Hi There,

Those plugins are bundled with X/Pro theme so you don’t have to register the license.
