I can see that in your licenses page here with us, the URL assigned begins with http:// whereas the site itself is secured and begins with https://. This could be the reason for the issue, so I would suggest you test this by updating the URL in your licenses page and seeing if that resolves the problem.
If it does not, check that the license code on your licenses page matches exactly the license code in your WordPress dashboard under X > Overview.
