Theme activation code

Good evening,

I recently updated my Theme X wordpress theme. I entered the purchase code and pressed enter as the instructions said to. The page went white and nothing happened. How am I supposed to activate the theme?

Please navigate to your licenses page and assign your license code to your site.

Click the pencil icon to add or edit your site domain.
