The terrible "A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading."

I moved my X Pro site form one url to another and now i can not edit any page or setting with X.

The url is:
https://irl.studio

no matter what i do (for instance, try to upload a logo image) i get:

A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading.

I know that there are a thousand posts on the forum about this issue, and i’ve seen the list of possible things that can cause it. however, i’m still not able to solve this problem.

please help.

Hi there,

Thanks for posting in.

Would you mind providing you admin and FTP login credentials in a secure note? Maybe I could check the logs to see if there is an internal error.

And how did you move your site? Have you used a migration plugin? If yes, what plugin? Or have you use a search replace plugin?

Thanks!

Hello,

I used the duplicator plugin to move it:

I have used it many many times before with no troubles.

I have checked the logs on the server and there are no errors.

I also made sure to maintain the configs in the phprc file; they are the same as before.

How do i send a “secure note”? is there anyway to chat with support?

thanks,

ali

Hey Ali,

We do not have any chat support. To secure note or know more how you can get the best of our forum support, please check out this thread: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/how-to-get-support/288

By the way, please make sure that your WordPress dashboard url is the same as the Site URL and WordPress Address URL in Settings > General.

Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

Hello,
I continue to have this problem on the site:
https://irl.studio/

I have checked the PHP limits (256MB), assured that the wp site into and URL are both https, etc, etc.

Very difficult to work with X Pro when one can not see a preview in the editor. Please advise.

Hi Ali,

Your PRO theme is outdated, please update to the latest version (v2.4.6)

Updating Your Themes and Plugins

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Let us know how it goes,
