The menu and the slider of my homepage doesn't work on mobile version

Hello,

The main slider and the menu of my homepage (http://apneatotalmalta.com/) don’t show on the mobile version.

I have updated Cornestone and downloaded to the latest version of X but it doesn’t fix the problem.

Any recommendation?

Thank you

Hi there,

Please make sure to check for the following first:

  • We’d recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP if you haven’t done so already. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:
    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
  • If the issue is still there, please make sure that you have everything updated to the latest version especially for X and Cornerstone. You can find more info about the support versions of X and its bundled plugins here.

  • If you are still seeing an issue, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes!

Thanks Jade,

I tried the steps you recommend me and is still not working.

I have a multisite and in the Spanish version (http://apneatotalmalta.com/es/) I’m using exactly the same configuration and plugins than in the main one and there works perfectly on the mobile version.

Any more ideas? :slight_smile:

Hi there,

In case you are using any caching plugin. kindly make sure you have clear your site’s cache.

Thank you.

Hi Jade,

I have just sent them to you.

Thanks

I’m having the same problem with my menu. I don’t have a slider so I don’t know about that.

Hi @jamiegrichards,

Thanks for writing in

Please follow the common fix to this problem.

If not helping, please open a new thread and share us your admin credential in a secure note so we could investigate your setup further.

@apneatotalmalta

The error showing is a minify script conflict. You should be able to disable it because the latest X/Pro/Cornerstone is already in a minified form. Disable the W3 Total Cache Plugin JS and CSS minifier feature.

Hope it helps.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks

Thanks Nico,

It worked perfectly once I disabled the minifier feature! :slight_smile:

Great! It’s good to know that it resolves the issue.
