The Grid conflicting with Gravity Forms Signature plugin but only on one site

On this site, https://icomplycannabis.com/, there is a conflict between the gravity form e signature plugin and “The Grid”. However on another one of our sites, http://marckdesignconcepts.com/xprotemplate/, this conflict does not exist. Both sites are running wordpress 5.1.1, Pro 2.5.5, and the most recent versions of each plugin. Even so, only the https://icomplycannabis.com/ has the conflict. I’ve checked to see if a third plugin is also causing the conflict however that does not seem to be the case.

I tried dequeueing the plugin files on that page as described in this support ticket: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/the-grid-plugin-and-gravity-forms-signature-ad-on-conflict/29282. However for some reason it was ineffectual. The JS error remained.

I also unchecked the “Load Library” option in the Grids global settings but, as it was in the aforementioned support ticket, that did not resolve the issue, though it does seem to prevent the grid styles and js from loading on the page.

I’ve cleared my sites cache and the browser cache, and still the error persists.

As far as I can tell there is something wrong with one of these two plugins on this site specifically and I’d like help determining which and how to fix it.

Gravity forms support got back to me and they said that the likely cause was the jQuery.noConflict() function shown in this picture.

Hi @alex5252,

Your The Grid plugin is outdated. Please update it to the latest version: 3.7.1

Here is the update guide:

Hope it helps

yep. that worked. the plugin wasn’t showing its update notification so I thought I has the most recent version.

We are delighted to assist you with this.

Cheers!
