Tabs are unresponsive [Follow up on earlier post - can't respond to answer!]

Hi there,

I tried to respond to your response on my post, but I can’t do it! It was for this post - https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/tabs-are-unresponsive/40440

I’ve done everything that is suggested by couldn’t find what was wrong:

  • There were no plugin conflicts
  • Caching Plugin is disabled and still not working
  • I don’t use Cloudflare.
  • Child theme is enabled and still doesn’t work.
  • Custom code syntax error - I couldn’t find anything wrong.

Are you able to take another look at why this might be happening?

Hi,

Upon checking, I can see you have incompatible version of the theme and cornerstone.

Please update your theme and cornerstone to latest version,

X 6.2.5
Cornerstone 3.2.5

Make sure to clear plugin cache, browser cache and system’s cache(under X> settings) after the update
