Superfly problem

Hi Guys.

After install & activation of Superfly, it does not recognize “activate” state.

See below screen. On left menu “Superfly” is activated.

as a result, menu does not work.

Thanks for asking.

Yes, that’s quite odd actually. Under Plugins > Installed Plugins see if there is entry for Superfly menu. After that please deactivate and delete Superfly menu from there. I also suggest you to login using FTP programs link Filezilla and under /wp-content/plugins/ directory make sure to delete superfly folder.

Next, from X > Validation > Extensions please install Superfly menu and see how it goes. You can refer following docs to get started with Superfly and Filezilla:

I followed your advice but it does not work.

In “SuperFly Menu”, It says like below

PURCHASE CODE *

Your copy of Superfly is validated with your X theme license

Receive important announcements and updates on email. We won’t spam you.

But menu does not work on demo site.

I am using WP 4.9.6 on amazon lightsail service.

You can reproduce this testcase.

Hi there,

It will not display Activated status on extension page since it use random folder name for every installation. It’s only normal for SuperFly.

As for second screenshot, that looks like standard menu instead of SuperFly.

And to display the SuperFly, you must make sure it’s not on test mode, it’s configured to display to all pages, and more importantly, you make the button visible (should be under Button > BUTTON VISIBILITY).
