I having been trying to integrate the superfly menu that comes with x theme and I followed the steps but it is still showing the old menu.
Please advise

Superfly will not override your menu in the navbar. It will display a menu like this:
It looks like you missed to enable Button Visibility. Please review the setup at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/extension-superfly/73

Okay I did miss that. I am wanting it to override the navbar though, how do I do that?
I was able to figure it out thanks to your help.
Now my social icons are showing up as squares on my superfly menu, how can I fix this?

Glad we were able to help you out. For the icons, it seems like it has been overridden or something. Can you please confirm that you are using the latest version?
Our latest versions are:
X Theme: 6.0.4
Cornerstone: 3.0.4
SuperFly Menu: 4.5.5
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
I ensured all these were up to date and am still having this issue.
