Hi there X-themistas,

I’m writing as I have a similar problem as Christopher here had.

I tried adding the code to the Additional CSS then the Global CSS in the customizer but that didn’t seem to do the trick either.

I’d agree with Chris in that the styling problem seems limited to X as the plugin developer has indicated the same.

Is there any chance you’d be able to help me trouble shoot it? (attached is a screenshot from their video of how it’s supposed to look)

Hi Garett,

I see that you’re using an older version of X theme, Cornerstone and the latest version of WooCommerce. Our latest version X theme, Cornerstone plugin compatible with WooCommerce v3.3.5.

So I would advice to update your X theme/ Cornerstone plugin first (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) and then downgrade your WooCommerce plugin by downloading the exact version from here (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/)

You can also follow our update guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62). Since you have skipped some updates, make sure to take a full backup before updating and make sure to purge your server cache after updating.

Hi Mldarshana,

So I did as you recommended and updated Cornerstone. Then I downgraded to Woocommerce 3.3.5 and deleted my Cache using WP Super Cache.

Any idea why it’s still blowing up the styling?

Hi Garett,

Upon checking, I still see that you’re using X theme v5.1.1 and the current version is 6.0.4. Also can you please try switching to the parent theme to see if you can see any difference.
