Hey @tamainut,

Use alone, our Google Analytics extension will always output the code you’ve inserted to it and it will only output for users who are not logged in. You’re experiencing this issue maybe because of the following factors:

  1. You’re seeing a cached version of your page. Please check if you’re using a caching plugin and clear all caches and deactivate it to test if this is the cause. Also ask your web host if they have internal server-side caching and request to clear all caches.
  2. Incorrect optimization. You’re using an optimization plugin like Autoptimize which can minify HTML, CSS and JS which in turn breaks the website. Optimization plugins should be correctly implemented. If you’re site breaks using it, you need to consult a professional website optimization specialist.
  3. You’re using another Google Analytics plugin. In this case, please deactivate it and use our Google Analytics extension.

If nothing in that list helps, please keep your optimizations disabled because we need to check if the problem is really coming from our extension.

Thanks.

Well.

  1. Caches already clean and stopping.
  2. Autooptimze, stopped. Also not .work. I put Autooptimize on, after put post. Normal, I need optimze my site. ;-). Now is deactivate.
  3. I delete other Google analytics extension. Now, only your Google Analytics Extension, and configure with my Analytics Code of Google. When I go to X extension image is different of image on [manual] You See below below(https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/extension-google-analytics/84)

Hey @tamainut,

Thank you for doing 1 and 2.

For #3, it’s because you’re using the old version. You can see the latest version in our Version Compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. To update to the latest version, you will need to uninstall the old one and go to X > Validation and install the Google Analytics.

Even with that old version though, I see that it works. I see the GA code exactly as in your screenshot.

As I’ve said previously, the code will not be present when you’re logged in so in order to test the code, you need to log out of WordPress Admin.

Thanks.
