Speed Optimisations

Hello,

After installing multiple plugins in attempt to minify html, css and js I have come across a problem where even after deleting it has removed the icons in my classic feature box thingos.

Is minifying the html, css and js not compatible with X Pro and what plugins would you recommend if there is some?
