Slider Revolution "Simulate Click" not working on mobile device in X Theme

Hi there,

I want to install a menu like this:

I already finished everything and it works, but there is one thing not working with X Theme:

-> I want the menu to disappear, if I click on any button in the menu
-> there is an option in Revolution Slider to do this (simulate click)
-> It works on my laptop
-> If I click on the menu on a mobile device (iPhone), the menu doesn’t close

If I change the theme to something else, it works perfectly.
But I would like to use X Theme.

It has something to do with X Theme. Please help.

I checked the Revolution Slider documentation and found the place you have mentioned regarding the Simulate Click Action:

But to be able to dig in deep and try to recreate the functionality myself on my local installation so that I can follow up the case and if it is something related to our theme I need to be thorough while reporting the bug.

Would you please kindly give me a step by step guide on how to use the feature so I can create it on my local installation?

Also kindly make sure that you follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195.   2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.
  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hi there,

I did as you have mentioned but unfortunately I only have 2 sets of sliders, one is called it is possible and the other is called the concept, but there is no menu.

Is there something I miss? I followed the same steps you have mentioned. But could not find any 'The Program` menu.

Unfortunately, your website is down and I could not check it, it says too many redirects.

Would you please kindly help me to be able to replicate your setup? Thanks.

Hi,

the menu is the “sicherung” slider. Have you installed this?

Would it be possible to hold a conversation on Sykpe or something?
