Set up: blank page/Fatal error

Hello!
When I try to set up the X theme in wordpress, the entire page goes blank and my site disappeares.

In the logfile this is the error:

Backend fatal error: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method WPCF7_ContactForm::id() in /home/deniseha/domains/denicious.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/elements/classic/_alternate/contact-form-7.php on line 27\n

Do you know what the problem is here?

Hi Laila,

Can you try downloading the theme again. You can download it from forum dashboard or from your theme forest account. You might have a corrupted theme files.

Make sure to download the installable wordpress file only.

Please also check the following.

  1. Enough space in your server to install the theme

  2. The php installed in your server is at least Version 5.6+

  3. Ensure php memory limit is at least 256M
