Revolution slider not edit settings

I am trying to edit the tools of the slider but it does nothing at all, the buttons seem to do no action. I have disabled all plugins and nothing! Any ideas?

If I load the web with www. the slider looks correctly, if I load it without www it gives error !!

Thanks for reaching out.

It’s due to allow-access-origin configuration of your host, and with that, browser will think the non-www and www are different entity/domain which would cause cross-origin issue leading to unresolved or unloaded resources.

I have already opened a ticket with the hosting. Also in the administration part, it does not let me do anything in the Slider revolution plugin, not even the side menus (general settings, layout…) are displayed when you click on it!

Please first fix the issue pointed out by Rad. Once that is fixed, we can investigate the “administration part” but please open a separate thread for that. You can try out the potential solutions in the list below though.

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If that doesn’t help, please open a separate thread for this administration issue and give us your site’s WordPress Login URL, Username and Password in a Secure Note.
