Problem with email form not responding

Hello!
I’ve build a website for a client in X theme and am trying to configure Mailchimp with your email form plugin. It is set up correctly, but the form does not respond when the button is pushed. URL is: https://repulse.se/nyhetsbrev-test/

Hi!

Thank you for your answer. The problem is that ConvertPlus dosen’t provide the ability to segment lists/groups in Mailchimp - only straight up subscribtion.
Do you have a solution for this?

Please navigate to ConvertPlus > Addons and install the MailChimp.

Hi,
Thank you, but what I mean is this: There is no way to add different buttons that correlate with different groups in Mailchimp. For example, I wish that the visitor of the site can choose “experience level” when subscribing to the news letter, for segmentation.

Is there any way to do this?

In that case, you’ll need to choose Custom Form under Collect Leads Using and embed the Mailchimp form directly.

Out of the box, Groups are included in the Mailchimp subscribe form.

Regretfully, that’s the only option.
