Pro v-2.1x - There is a BUG for V2 elements?

I think I have found the causes.

I made clean install from WP and Pro theme of V2.13.

I designed one page with V1 and V2 elements together.

Only V1 are rendering properly.

For V2 stays only text style with no CSS.

Eding panel are OK that view as designed.

I changed Permission style in new function setting to several ways.

I think there is a bug for V2 elements renndering.

Please kindly check SECURE NOTE and fix.

Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that when the advance option of the v2 elements is turn off, it will use the global body and contents settings. Please the Simple - Advance mode for V2 Elements section in https://theme.co/changelog/#theme-pro-2-1-0-theme-x-6-1-0-cornerstone-3-1-0

Thanks but my point is not about SIMPLE or ADVANCE.

V2 elements are not working nor rendering nor designing at all.

Hey @jo3,

V2 elements are working in my test site so this is not a bug in general but possibly a unique conflict with something in your setup. We would need cPanel access also to troubleshoot this.

I have also found another bug in the older version.

Pro 2.04 with PHP7.1

I saved one page as a template and load it to add to another page.

V2 elements not load at all and not saved at all.

Reopen after close they are all gone includes V1 elements.

Then I tried to load to add the same page to that has V1 classic section at the last of its page construction, then this case is no problem.

Page has V2 can only addable to the page of V1 section set at the end.

Can you consider to check this issue causes from multibyte character related.

If no one facing like me may have the reason of 2byes character matter.

Hi @jo3,

I just tried it, imported the template and saved it. And it works but the elements that aren’t working are images since the path is wrong (404).

Would you mind providing a video recording, it could be just performance related when you tested it.

Do you check the real browser mode?

Not in the editing Panel in theme.

Can you kindly again upload screen-image directly in browser?

I did it as below.

Please use in SAMPLE page in COPY site as I made it in ENGLISH so that people can see the differences between editing view and real view.

For me they look different and it is because V2 elements are not rendering properly.

Hi @jo3,

I went to your website and disabled all plugins and added a test page and the result was the same. Then I went to Pro > Headers and unassigned the header from all page and the problem is fixed.

There is a problem with the header of your website. Please check the elements and you might have an additional custom code there which is causing the issue.

There is no problem with the V2 elements rendering.
