Pro header pop up

Hi, I was wondering if its possible with Pro Header to create something like this: https://generalassemb.ly/education/web-development-immersive-remote

When you go to their site, you will see a sort of pop up on the very top that pushes all the content down. Is it possible to create a section that slides down like this?

Thanks for writing in! The section you are referring to is an info bar. You can can achieve this by using ConvertPlus plugin which you can install by going to X > Validation > Extensions. To know more about this plugin, please check this out:
