We are using pro on a new site and need the mobile menu to look like the one here.
So far we’ve had no luck with plug-ins, as they don’t work well with pro or prevent the header from appearing as it should. We have tried hiding the pro header and using the x theme customizer, but it doesn’t show with pro in use.

Looks like you will need an Ubermenu, it’s the only one that has closes resemblance to that’s site’s menu. You may check it here https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/extension-ubermenu/75. Then you can simply add a text element to your header, and add Ubermenu shortcode to that element.

We’ve used ubermenu for another site, and it doesn’t do what we need it to do for mobile. Is there a way to not use the Pro menu on mobile?

You can simply remove Navigation Collapsed element from the container if you don’r wish to use the Pro menu on mobile devices.

When we remove the navigation collapsed, the original WP menu still doesn’t show on mobile. Is there no way to enable that?

Note that on the header builder, differently from X where the linine menu turns into a mobile menu., the inline navigation and collpased navigation are independent elements.
On the header builder, click on your inline menu, and click the customize tab, you will find the options to hide based on screen width, please check if its not chosen to be hidden on smaller width devices.

We understand that. The problem is that pro’s menu options do not allow us to mimic the original site’s mobile menu. When we hide the menu for mobile, the wordpress menu doesn’t show in its place.

With custom header builder, you will have to insert both the Navigation Inline element and the Navigation Collapsed or Navigation Modal. The navigation inline will be visible in desktop screens and the navigation collapsed/modal will only be visible in smaller screens. All of these can be possible by making use of the “Hide During Breakpoints” option which you can find in the “Customize” tab in each of the elements.
The original mobile menu have a different structure which is why they will always look and behave differently.

We understand the difference between navigation inline and navigation collapsed/modal. The problem is, the options provided do not allow us to make the mobile menu appear the same as it does on the original site. We have tried a few different plugins, but they do not help either.
Is there a way to create an accordion menu for mobile that matches the one on gosignet.com using Pro?

Unfortunately, Pro Header does not have an element to make an Accordion-like mobile menu. Pro header has Navigation Collapsed, Navigation DropDown, and Navigation Modal.
The toggle button itself can be styled like the original website to be full width and big but the accordion nature cannot be done with Pro Header. The closest one is the dropdown one in my opinion.
