Pro header designer in conflict with front end

Hi,

When attempting to load a header i have already built i get the following error

“A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading.”

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Brent

Hi Brent,

Thank you for writing in, please see some of the solutions mention here regarding that error.

For now I am seeing 3 errors on your site, first is the Revolution Slider Error that is on top of your page please address that as it may affect other scripts.

Second is an error with a minified JS, please clear your caching and minifier plugins. And if it is possible please deactivate it while the site is still in development mode.

Third is a mixed content issue, your site is now on a secure protocol (https), but one of your image is still requested from non-secure protocol (http). I believe that is the logo, please re-set that.

Hope it helps,
Cheers!

Hi Freich,

I have removed the js minification and this seems to have resolved the rev slider error

I have cleared the caches and deactivated and deleted the caching plugin.

Unsure why the logo would show as being insecure as it is set up at https://www.tgtea.ca/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/tgtea-logo-june23.png

Can you please provide more specific info regarding how siteground blocks access? I have contacted them and they were not able to help.

thanks,

Brent

Hello Brent,

Regarding Site Ground, please clear the site cache or temporarily disable the supercacher in your hosting panel. This could be the caused of the issue. The SuperCacher is developed by SiteGround exclusively for their customers. It increases the number of hits a site can handle and boosts the website loading speed. The SuperCacher includes 4 different caching options for maximum optimization of your websites. You can access the tool by clicking on the SuperCacher icon in your cPanel.

For more information about this, please check it out here: https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/supercacher/supercacher_intro.htm

Hope this helps.
