I’m building a dev site for a redesign and have a validated license of Pro installed. I created a homepage and had the layout partially together, but went to launch the header builder and it doesn’t launch. I deconstructed the page thinking some setting was interfering with Header Builder launch.
From within X Pro Theme Options, it tells me the following under header:
“You are currently using Original Headers”
“Assign a global header in the builder to use Pro Headers”
I can’t figure out where to change from Original to Pro.
Footer Builder is working fine.
I have tried to increase memory in wp-configure.
Please advise

Thank you for providing the login information of your website. I checked the header builder and found out that your hosting service provider has settings which prevent your header builder to load some parts of its necessary assets:
This can be caused by several different problems but the most prominent one is related to the Mode Security option of your server, please kindly contact your hosting service provider and ask them to exclude the URL of the header builder from their Mod Security settings, for more information kindly read the guide below:
The other possibility is the presence of cache plug-ins or performance services such as cloudflare, in such cases please follow up the guide below:

I contacted the hosting provider and they requested a specific URL for the header builder and/or IP address so that they can exclude the required connection in Mod Security.

I don’t think it’s about IP, else, you’ll be completely blocked by your site since it’s between you and your site (your IP and your site IP).
The request that is being blocked is through AJAX https://codex.wordpress.org/AJAX_in_Plugins. All AJAX URL is the same since it’s Wordpress standard. So it’s not because of URL either.
Maybe it’s about payload, the data being sent through AJAX and any request containing that data is being blocked. Unfortunately, I’m not really sure which data, it’s best to try it by your hosting provider and examine the request and response through browser developer tools (network).

Im not seeing header or footer builder when I launch X. I am using bluehost. Tried contacting them to fix, its still not showing.

Thanks for writing around! It sounds like you’re using X instead of Pro, header and footer builder is only available in Pro. You need to switch to Pro in order to use the builders please see https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/x-to-pro-conversion/104

I am experiencing a similar issue and my Google developer tools are telling me a admn-ajax.php is rejected as well.
Do I need to contact Telekom to fix that as well? Because It worked perfectly last week when the header was set up by myself.

That might be the problem of the difference between actual URL which you are using and the one which you have set in settings > General > Wordpress/Site Address option.
