The issue has come again.

I have tried different IP addresses, I have tried clearing up the cache, etc.
All plugins are up to date.

Please advise

Hi @pawinna,

Thank you for reaching out to us. This usually happens when you update Pro theme but the WordPress version is not updated. Please note the minimum supported version is 5.0.0 but the recommended version is 5.3.2 as listed here https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. Please Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

If the WordPress is already updated then please check for the following:

  1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  2. Remove custom JavaScript and if you’re using child theme then deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme (take a complete backup first).

  3. Increase your allocated memory by adding the following code in your wp-config.php (see https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-increasing-php-memory-limit/16935)

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thanks.

Hi,

I tried all the solutions listed above and I am not able to edit with pro

Hey @pawinna,

Upon checking, Pro is working. Is this happening on a specific page? Please try using a different computer just for testing purposes.

Thanks.

Hi,

I have tried from three computers, different locations:

Mac OS Catalina, using Chrome
Mac OS Catalina using Safari
PC using Chrome

The issue is still persistent.

Hey @pawinna,

I checked your couple of pages in PC using Chrome and Firefox and I’m not having any issue editing the pages in Pro content builder:

Please clear your browser’s cache and check if your browsers are up to date and try editing the pages again. Let us know how this goes!

Erased the cache in all the computers and I am still not able to edit the pages in Pro.

Three different computers, different browsers, different computer models.

Hello @Pawinna,

I am another staff checking in. I edited one of your pages and I do not have any issues loading the page in the editor.
Please see the image below:

I am using Chrome browser. Please clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and test the site again.

We erased the cookies, history, etc in the three computers. We erased the cache in the page itself. We tried the incognito mode and we keep on experiencing the same issues. The page just loads up constantly and gets nowhere.

Hello @pawinna,

I have visited the page again and I still do not have any issues editing the page.

Kindly check your browser and look for any browser extensions that maybe causing the issue. You may also test using Chrome, Firefox, or Opera browser.

Kindly let us know how it goes.
