I have the current version of ETHOS. I have been running it for several years now. I wanted to create a page and use the Layout - Portfolio option for the page. The issue is that when selecting the portfolio page, it does not have any of the default categories, or default thumbnails like the demo page for ETHOS - X does. This is the first time I have accessed the portfolio page. I have the portfolio option on the left menu in Wordpress along with tags and categories, so those are fine, but I just wanted to modify the default setting and they are not even showing. Any ideas as to why it does not show the defaults? I appreciate any ideas or assistance that you can provide.
