Header and Footer do not appear on http://amsdemo.info/americanmarinecoverings/products-page.
If I turn another them on the header and footer load fine.

Thanks for writing in! We cannot guarantee the compatibility of your referenced plugin. However, X theme is fully compatible with WooCommerce plugin (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-working-with-woocommerce/58). I would strongly suggest to utilize WooCommerce plugin as we’re providing support for it.

I understand that, but it’s difficult to tell a new client that they have to change what they have been using for years.
Are you willing to try to help or should I just no longer consider x theme for client websites in the future?

We do not really provide any support for third party plugins especially plugins that are not bundled and tested with X due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
But I tried checking the page you have linked the code blocks for the header and footer are not also present when I checked the console. Try checking the page template assigned to the product page. If you have any custom templates, please make sure that you have a call to the header and footer.
